Privacy and cookies

This page describes what 200freespins.co.uk actually does, not what a privacy policy template says a website might do. It is short because the site does very little.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no heatmap tool, no embedded video, no comment system and no newsletter sign-up. We do not know who you are and we have no way of finding out.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. That is why there is no cookie banner: under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is needed for cookies that are not strictly necessary, and there are none to consent to.

Our host, Cloudflare Pages, may set a security cookie to identify traffic patterns and protect the site from attack. It is a strictly necessary cookie and it does not identify you to us.

Server logs

Cloudflare records standard request data — the page requested, the time, a rough location derived from the network, and the browser’s user-agent string — for security and to keep the site up. That is Cloudflare’s processing, undertheir privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We do not build profiles from it and we do not sell or share anything.

What happens when you click a claim button

A claim button sends you to a link-tracking service, which counts the click and forwards you to the operator. The tracker records that a click happened and which link it came from. We see counts, not people.

Once you land on the operator’s site you are on their property and under their privacy policy, not ours. They will set their own cookies and collect their own data, including any information you give them when you register. We have no access to your account with them, and we are told only that a registration happened, never who registered.

Links to other sites

Every outbound link here goes to a third party we do not control — operators, the Gambling Commission, support organisations. Their privacy practices are their own, and it is worth reading the policy of any gambling site before you hand it your identity documents.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to see what personal data an organisation holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. In our case there is nothing to see, correct or delete, because we hold no personal data at all.

You can complain to the ICO atico.org.uk (opens in a new tab) about anything on this site or on any site it links to.

Changes to this page

If this site ever adds analytics, a sign-up form or anything else that touches your data, this page changes first and a cookie banner appears with it. Adding a tracker and quietly updating the policy afterwards is the ordinary way this is done and it is not how it will be done here.

Contact

A contact address on this domain is still being set up. There is currently no published route to reach us, which is a gap in the site rather than a position — publishing an address that bounces would be worse.
